Let's keep the recruiting down.

We need to not recruit so much until we get the Records of Members and Leaders and the Initiation process down and official.
I'm not saying that we are rapidly recruiting people alot, but if we aren't we need to keep it that way.
Everyone that's asked me to join SRC, I've told them this, that we are keeping recruiting down until we get things official, and all of you should do the same if you are asked if they can join.
So, Vince, Joker, all you important people, just keep the recruiting down.
